I got my box today - Silhouette Solutions - with the four week program. Well, I'm really interested in the next 19 days - because I have a big goal - get into my black suit skirt in time for a big deal presentation in Virginia on Nov 19th. So it's 19 to the 19th and I'm in. Here's the plan:
* 30 minutes on the treadmill
* Oatmeal (not the one in the box - I'm saving that for the road trip) - Scotch Oats in Water with cinnamon and a tiny pinch of cloves, dash of milk - 150 calories - same as the food plan - cup of coffee/dash of fat free cream
* Morning vitamins with filtered water
* next hour - 8 oz filtered water (I drink Kangen Water)
* next hour - 17 oz water with Wind Up
* next hour - Chocolate Shake - (packet)
* next hour - 8 oz filtered water
* next hour - 15 minutes of stretching out - drinking hot tea
* next hour - cream of chicken soup packet
* next hour - 8 oz filtered water
* next hour - 17 oz water with ReWind packet
* next hour - Peanut Bar
* next hour - 8 oz filtered water
* next hour - 15 minutes of walking in place and listening to my IPOD - hot tea
* next hour - dinner - tonight - baked chicken, spinach salad and mixed cooked fresh veggies - rest of the vitamins (Custom Essentials)
* next hour - 8 oz hot tea
* 2 hours later - 17 oz with Unwind
895 calories - 1 hour of exercise -
all I have to add is the dinner, oatmeal (I could use the one in the box) and tea bags - I'll keep you all posted on this - I'm going for it TODAY!
